​What is the condition of the rental equipment?

​Being parents ourselves; we place the quality and cleanliness of our rental equipment as our top priority. All our equipment is new or in excellent condition and is thoroughly cleaned and safety inspected before every rental.



Do you install car seats?

​No. However, we provide the manufacturer’s instructions for customer’s reference or can direct you to a local fire or police station for additional assistance.



​Is there a minimum order?

​Yes, we require a $50 minimum order.



​Can we pick up/drop off the equipment ourselves?

​For your convenience we deliver and pick up all rental equipment. All you have to do is get your trip started.

We request that if you will not be present at the time of delivery that you notify the hotel or property management company that Vacationing Baby, LLC will be delivering rental equipment to you.

In the case of crib rentals you will need to be present or we must be able to access the hotel room or rental property in order to assemble the equipment. We will contact the hotel or rental property contact to confirm delivery 24 hours prior to your arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders cancelled 7 days prior to delivery date will be refunded 100%. No refunds will be given if order is cancelled less than 7 days prior to delivery date.
